Hi,
We use an Exchange 2000 server, and I have upgraded to Entourage 2004 from
Entourage X (which went very smoothly!). We also have some computers using
Outlook 2001 (on OS 9) and various Windows versions of Outlook.
The Entourage 2004 users in the office have noticed that they are not
getting mail delivered to them, even though it has been addressed to them.
When they open Outlook (Windows or 2001) the mail is sitting there in the
Inbox (or subfolder) but it does not appear in the corresponding folder in
Entourage 2004. As far as Entourage is concerned, this email does not
exist. Note: They only opened Outlook when they had found out that they had
not received the message. Other later messages had been delivered to them.
Resetting Synchronisation does not work.
Has anyone else come across this? Is there a way to force the Inbox or a
subfolder to be re-synchronised?
