Mail only being saved for 30 days then deleted; not archived

After about 30 days, my mail begins deleting itself. I have this mail folder
set to not archive; the thought here was that the mail would just stay
indefinitely in my inbox. Is there someway to set up my inbox to permanently
hold my messages instead of deleting them after 30 days?

Are you using some kind of PDA or Smartphone on the account?

Outlook does not delete aged mail on its own.
Either you have a view set or some third party action is removing the mail

You will want to review the Delete settings on the phone then.
