Mail Queue's associated with Project Server 2003

We would like to empty the mail in the Queues before we turn on the mail
feature in Project Server 2003. We are afraid that individuals will get
blasted with mail already existing in the queues from past tasks. We just
don't know where to go to accomplish this task
