Mail Received days of the week

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I would like to remove the gray boxes with triangles on them that are on mail for when you receive your emil. Right now, mine has Today, Yesterday, Friday, Last Week, and 2 Weeks ago on it. I would like to remove those so when I look in mail, I just see the emails, not the headers.

Can this be done?

If you go to View>Arrange By, you should see a checkbox next to Show in
Groups. Click on that entry, and the checkbox should disappear, along with
the group headers.
