"Mail Recipient (As Attachment)" item missing

PS: Terminal users can customize the toolbar, adding
the "Mail Recipient (As Attachment)" icon - but that
botton is disabled in Excel file

I found the reason of the problem:

Mapi expect a "windows" folder under "C:\PROFILI\%
username%", but %userprofile% is in "D:\PROFILI".

(Administrator already has a C:\PROFILI\ADMINISTRATOR
folder, so he hasn't problem)

Now system works, because I copied the profilenames and
Windows subfolder on them: anyway, I need to
know .:#where#:. my system read the C:\PROFILI foldername,
instead of D:\PROFILI....
