Mail Recipient (For Review) command

Is there a unique command for this within the Send To for
routing a document for review. My 2000 Excel version only
has Mail Recipient, Mail Recipient (as attachment) and
Routing Recipient as options within Send To. I was
wondering if the Mail Recipient (For Review) command, if
unique, has any approve or reject funtionality within it.
The Routing Recipient functionality allows for setting upa
a routing and the ability to track changes but doesn't
really allow for documenting any approval before routing
to the next person on the routing list.
