Mail Recipient option missing in 'Send To' menu

Nick

Using Win XP & Word97.
In Word, under the file/send to/ menu I have only Fax recipient & Powerpoint
options.
On other PCs using Word 97 there are more options, including Mail Recipient.
How can I add this option please?
Thanks

Nick.

Check your WIN.INI file for the following key values:

[Mail]
MAPI=1
CMC=1
CMCDLLNAME=mapi.dll
CMCDLLNAME32=mapi32.dll
MAPIX=1
MAPIXVER=1.0.0.1
OLEMessaging=1

Many thanks indeed Garfield-n-Odie

all but the first 2 lines were not there. Having added the other lines it
now works a treat.
I have never changed a win.ini file before but this is a good one.
I do wonder why the required lines were not included by default.
Never mind, it now works & my thanks to you.

Regards

Nick.
