Mail returned from recipient

This is a difficult one to explain, but I'll give it a go ....

I am getting my mail returned from the person I send it to. It's only a
couple of people I regularly email to. The same message I send comes back
to me sent on behalf of the person I sent it to!

I seem to be the only person this is happening to and I've asked the people
I'm sending to if there is anything at their end that might be causing this.
Is there a setting in Outlook that would do this?

I'm using Outlook 2002 with Windows XP Pro.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Usually there is some sort of indication in the returned message as to why
it was returned. What does the message say?
