Mail sending error

Every once in a while my POP clients get the following
error:

Your message

To: (e-mail address removed)

Subject:

Sent: Thu, 27 Nov 2003 08:48:02 -0500

did not reach the following recipient(s):

(e-mail address removed) on Thu, 27 Nov 2003 08:50:05 -0500

You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For

assistance, contact your system administrator.

<mailsrv.domain.net #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1
<[email protected]>...

Relaying denied. IP name lookup failed [200.0.14.52]>

Any ideas???

Did a scan on that server (200.0.14.52) and it seems to be down at the
moment. Try again later.
