I have some clients who have found that several recipients are not receiving
mail that is sent from Entourage. If they use the OWA web client, however,
the the same email arrives without issue.
Any suggestions???
Do you mean that the SENDER is using Entourage, but your clients don't see
the message in their mail client (e.g., Outlook Express), even though they
can see it in OWA? What mail client are they using?
If that's the case, you need to talk to the manager of your mail server(s).
If OWA can see the message on the server and their regular mail client
can't, that's a server problem, not an Entourage problem.
If, on the other hand, you mean YOUR CLIENTS are using Entourage to view
their mail and OWA sees messages that Entourage does not, that's a different
story (and not what you said). Since they are using OWA, I infer they are
using an Exchange server. Try right-clicking (or, equivalently,
control-clicking) the Exchange inbox in Entourage and selecting Empty Cache.
