mail sent to aol.com and cox.net is returned "host not on list"?

Replying to mail sent from aol.com results in a message :

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: FW: Contact Us Requested
Sent: 11/9/2005 2:50 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 11/9/2005 2:50 PM
553 Sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts.

How is aol.com NOt in the "list" of allowed hosts ?

Ask your ISP.. this is an error generated by the server, not outlook.
