Mail shows up in Inbox of user, but isn't in the view of others

I have a user who received an e-mail message, but his delegates (and even
myself as an admin) do not see that message when opening his Inbox. I've sent
multiple test e-mails after that, and they all show up immediately, but for
some reason this one message isn't showing up...

Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
