Mail Signature different in new and reply\forward mail

Hi,
Not long ago I changed my signature in Outlook 2003. I noticed that now,
each time I create a new email, the new signature is added, but when I reply
or forward, the old signature is added.
I went to Tools\Options\Mail Format\Signatures, and there I have only one
signature defined, both under new and under replies\forward. How could this
be? Where exactly is Outlook keeping these signatures, and how could it be
that it kept the old signature?

Sounds to me the signatures for the other formats didn't correctly update to
your changes.
