Mail with special sending Date

Is it possible to send a mail automatically even though one is not
fisically there, when a predetermined date has been reached? For
example for birthdays or other information that is already available
but should not reach the other one before a certain date....

Thank you so very much

When you create the message, click View>Options and select the appropriate
"Do not delivery before" options. Outlook will need to be running at the
time you choose in order for your message to be sent.
