After I downloaded Office 97 Professional my Outlook Express mail doesn't
operate.
Any ideas? Thank You

Outlook Express 6 came with Internet Explorer 6.0. I just loaded Office 97
Professional from my disk

Ok - what doesn't work with it? There is a problem with spelling when you
use OE6 and Office 97, but since you didn't mention spelling I'll assume
it's something more serious. :)

You may be able to find the help you need at
www.tomsterdam.com/insideOE/index.htm - the spelling fix is there as well.

If you just go to "send & receive" in Internet Explorer you will get Outlook
trying to get emails. Go into your start menu or other places where you have
shortcuts to OUTLOOK EXPRESS & when it opens it should tell you that it
isn't your default mail program & would you like to make it your default.
Set it there.
