I'm utilizing a hybrid mail service that establishes connectivity between Postfix and Microsoft 365. Recently, I've encountered an issue where some of our Microsoft 365 E3 users have almost filled their mailboxes. To address this, I've enabled the mailbox archive feature. However, despite enabling it, mail from my users is not being moved to the archive as expected.
