mailbox can't open

Hi guys,

I can't open another added mailbox getting an error message "The set
of folders cannot be opened.you do not have permission to log on".
I have added the Mailbox rights Full for the user at the "Excahnge
Advanced" [tab].

please any help to find a solution .
