I regularly receive this message from ADMIN.
I now have very little in all OUTLOOK folders, I have confirmed with my ISP
and they agree that they have no problem and that the message does not come
from them but from MICROSOFT ADMIN. They have advised that the maximum
e/mail and attachments must be less than 425MB.
I mainly receive the message when my friend sends me Family Photos and they
are only abour 4MB.
I run Vista and use OUTLOOK for mail.
Can MICROSOFT help?
Thank yoy jayjayar

The msgs do not come from MS, they are internal msgs via your Vista Admin
user account
What version of Outlook is being used?

The size of your mailbox may be greater than 90MB. In Outlook 2007 you can
check mailbox size in Tools, Mailbox Cleanup.
If your mail box is geting too large, you may want to enter - Mailbox Full -
in Outlook 2007 Help and run the first tutoral on managing your mailbox
size..

Mailboxes in Outlook 2007 can reach 20 GIGABYTES by default if using Unicode
formatted .pst file. 90 mbs is a small mailbox.

(The virtual limit for OL 2003/2007 is 32 terabytes.)

You are not connected to an Exchange account are you? simply pop, imap
accounts?
This is a home or work PC?
Did you buy the PC with its software from new or are you a second user? I
ask because I believe its possible for an administrator to set mailbox size
limits in the registry, which might trigger such warning msgs
