Mailbox is always full

I have Outlook 2007 and recently every one who has been trying to email me
have been getting their emails returned to them with the error that my
mailbox is full. I've already deleted all my emails including everything in
the other folders but the problem still exists.

If I configured Outlook to save my emails locally would this help? If so,
can someone guide me through the process. Thanks!

Well what type of account is configured?
Perhaps it means your mail server mailbox is full as you elected to keep a
copy on the server
