Mailbox name and replyto

We are running MS Exchange Server and my mailbox and mail out of Outlook show up as "First X. Lastname" and I want them to show up as "First Lastname". I can not figure out how to change this in Outlook. I would have expected to change the replyto settings but I can not find them. Help?

The Exchange administrator is the only person who can change that.
