mailbox problem

I use exchange 5.5/outlook 2000. Currently I have 3 meeting rooms but only 1 works(appends to calendar and accepts invites etc).

Is there a way of copying this mailbox & profile of one that works and renaming them?

Whta method did you use to set up these rooms? Resource mailboxes?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

Off one response I have got around the problem of applying meetings to the calendars using rules. But the problem now is to use the rules to work with replies?
