Mailbox rights

I have given a user full mailbox rights to 4 other individuals mailboxes, my
question is, do I have to create profiles on this user machine for all 4 ppl.
or is there an easier way for this user to access the other individuals
mailboxes? If so, could someone please enlighten me on this..Thanks!

File | Open | Other User's Folder is a good start. Or you can add more mailboxes in the Advanced tab of the Properties dialog for your Exchange account, under Tools | E-mail Accounts.

Thanks sue, I did the latter and it worked.
