I have a lot of mail coming in from computer systems, these are sorted out to
specified folders by an inbox rule.
On a regular basis I want to clean my folders of old messages.
I know that I can use archiving for that but that encompasses the whole inbox.
What I like to have is that I can schedule rules to do an action like
deleting, moving, sending etc.
In this way also the archiving can be refined, by making it possilble to use
more than one archiving pst file containing the specified mail items.
So what I also like to see is an action to export/archive to a pst based on
a inbox rule which is triggered by an event like receiving or sending or date
and time.
This action can be used in by the inbox rules.
I liked to see the option where I can base my inbox rule client or server.
Some rules need to be on the server like out of office rules (only exchange).
Others can be implemented on the client and have to be implemented on the
client in case of POP and SMTP protocols.
