If we archive some bodies email to their PC it is still showing up under
Exchange system manager. Any ideas?

We are using Exchange 2003 Standard

If I'm not mistaken, the user will need to logoff/logon to the mailbox
before Exchange updates the value in ESM.

I had the user shutdown every night and it still sows 1.2 BG even though
when you look at folder size it comes up 72 MB.

Just want to make sure of this... after the user logs off, you see the
Mailbox logoff timestamp in ESM update... right?

By the way, what version of Outlook is your site using? If Outlook
2003/2007, is it running in cached mode?
