Mailing Address Layouts

When selecting the drop-down option "New Contact from Same Company", I have
noticed that the mailing address layout changes for the new contact even
though all the information is transfered, e.g. From

"Address 1"
"Postcode" "City"
Germany

to

"Address 1"
"City"
"Postcode"

Is there a way of standardising the way a mailing address is shown in
Address Cards for all contacts? Does Outlook automatically change the way the
mailing address is formatted in Address Cards?
