Mailing Forms

I have created a form that I am emailing out through my
office. I wanted to know if it was possible that when
someone opens the form, on WORD, and fills out the
appropriate fields that they can just hit a send button
and the file will automatically go through the mail
server, ours is Lotus Notes, and email back to my
address. Thanks a lot

Hi Jimmy,

This would certainly depend on

1. What kind of Form we're discussing (form fields, control
toolbox fields, other?)

2. The version of Word in question

3. Are you able to otherwise send email from Word
(File/Send to)?

4. May the solution involve VBA / macros?
