mailing labels?

Is there anyway to make a mailing label from a list of
names and addresses that are in access or excel?

Definitely, yes.

In Access, click the Reports tab in the Database Window. Then, Click New.
You will see a list box that offers you a selection of report design
wizards. The Label wizard is the last one in the list. Follow the prompts
to select your desired label Brand Name and stock size, add your fields, and
you are done.
