Mailing List Problems

When I delete a duplicate an entry in the mailing list, it deletes that one,
but also deletes another one too, usually one toward the top of the list.
Also, duplicate names will appear on the list out of the blue. What's wrong?
I am using Microsoft Office Publisher 2007.

Do you have any other program to create data, Access, Excel or maybe a Word
table? Do you get the same behavior if you use a different data program?

Publisher's list is an Access data base. If you have Access you can edit the
data in the Access program.

Do you have other Publisher lists? If you use a different list does this happen?
