Mailing lists in Outlook

Is it possible to send a mass email to a group in outlook according to the
catagory that a contact is in? Also is it possible to exclude from this
mailing contacts that are also in a seperate catagory?

1) Apply the By Category view.
2) Select the items in the desired category.
3) Choose Actions | New Message to Contact or Tools | Mail Merge

To exclude those contacts that appear in another category, you would probably need to create a separate view that hides items in that category.
