Mailing multiple reports

I have developed a db to track employee certification. One report shows the
certificates and training for an individual employee. I would like to be
able to mail each employee a copy of this report so that she/he can verify
certificate status, either through e-mail or via interoffice mail (hard copy)
since some employees don't have easy access to e-mail.
The report is set up with a main report for certification and a sub report
showing training classes attended to support certificate renewal.
I plan on sending such reports out at least annually, perhaps twice per
year. I only have 58 employees being tracked now, so doing it "manually"
isn't unreasonable, but I was wondering if it can be automated in Access, or
will I need to try to figure out how to do a mail merge from Access into
Word? (I've only worked from Excel to Word in the past).

Here's some easy to use code, but it, like the other post in this thread,
this code will mail the identical report to each recipient:

There is a really nice Access addin that I've used to do this for purchase
orders the Steve Arbaugh wrote some years ago:

It isn't free, but it does work nicely.
