mailing table

Hi All,

I am very new to access and would like to have an
application to enter mailing address for a publications
subscribtion.

what I am having is 4 publications with annual subscription
amount.

what are the fields i should have in my table? how many
table i have to create?

i shud be able to enter a receipt number and then mailing
address and from a subform select publication and the year
of subscription. the same address may have more than one
publication so i can select it.

i have also postal code and place ready so that when a
person enter a place the postal code shud come automatic.

any one can help me to desgn my tables(s) with way to make
relationship, key fields etc no of tables etc..
