Mailings --> Email, with dynamic links

Hi all,

I would like to create a mailing -sent by email- with dynamic links.
I mean, I would like to send each user in my mailing list a different link.
The point is, I cannot build dynamic hypelinks and HTML tags are converted
into &lgt... not rendered correctly in MS Outlook.

Any ideas?
