Greetings!
I'm doing a mailmerge and all is looking great, except that the data
in the merge is in a different font size than the rest of the
document.
It is of note that only two of the fields (out of 10) are in the
incorrect size.
I have selected the entire document and made the font size 11 pt.
Then I have gone into the Excel file where the data resides, selected
the entire table and selected the font size there. The data in Excel
says it's in 11 pt, the Word doc says it's all in 11 pt. However,
when I do the actual merge two of the data files print out in 10 pt.
and it looks goofy.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there an option to select merge text
size? I also went into the default font setting and made it 11 pt.
hoping that this would fix the problem.
I am using MS Word 2003 on Windows XP, Service Pack 2.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
