Mailmerge Excel to Word - decimal places??

Hi,

Hopefully a simple question (but one I don't know the
answer too) I have done a mailmerge from excel to word. In
the excel spreadsheet the decimal places are set to '2' in
word they still come out infintely.

Is there the possibility to format them in a similar way
within word. Office version is XP and OS is XP Prof.

Hi Ben,

Use DDE instead of OLE DB for your connection the Excel workbook.
