MailMerge from Access

Hi

I use an Access Database to run the membership system for a gardening club
with c 500 members.
I have a Word Email mailmerge document that uses a query on the database to
email a subset of the members. This works.

Is there a way of running the mailmerge by clicking on a command button on a
form within the Access Database?

If possible I would prefer to use macros (which I understand) rather than
code (which I would struggle with) but any help would be useful.

It uses code, not macros, I'm afraid, but I'd imagine it could be very
easily adapted to fit your requirements. I'm not sure if the version at the
above link is completely up to date; the current version includes a
multi-select list box from which specific addressees can be chosen and a
facility to add a cc list to each letter. If you want the latest version
