Hi,

Ive Created a Mail Merge that opens a word document, and shows the
related records in particular query,

as the mail merge is to be emailed, is the way at the top of the word
document when i open the email options that the TO: field is picked up
by the Merged Field in the Document, and also the same for
Subject is Picked up by Merged Field [ProjectTitle]
