Mailmerge labels

I am using Publisher 2007 to do a mailmerge with labels. When I preview the
labels it is putting the same name on sheet of labels each time. So what I
have is the same name on one set of 30 labels, then the next set will have 30
labels with with next name on my list and so on.

Print preview does that. Did you try printing some on plain paper to see
what results you get?

Print preview does not do that in 2007. In the print dialogue select multiple
pages per sheet.
