Mailmerge not sending emails

I'm trying to do a mailmerge but i can't get it to send out any emails.

I've tried a new outlook profile, repair on office, reinstall office, make a
new normal.dot file. Does anyone have any ideas to try next?

I just tried a different user profile on this computer and that works fine.
