Mailmerge to category A minus all A's that are also in Category B...

Hi, i am perfectly happy using the mailmerge function in Outlook and
sending out personalized e-mails to one or more categories so my e-mail
starts with "Dear Joe, + message" etc. But I can not figure out how to
mailmerge alkl mebers of category A MINUS the category A members who
also belongt to B (and/or C etc). Is this possible ? If so How..?
