Mailmerge to e-mail w/file attachment

I am trying to automate send an e-mail to over 100
locations. I am trying to find a way to automate the file
attachment. The name of the file could be generated from
information in my data source. I can't figure out a way
to do this that will allow me to send the e-mail to people
who are not connected to my server. (a hyperlink is
looking to pull the file from the server).

Any thoughts.

Those not using Outlook (like Netscape, Groupwise,...) need another
solution :-(

I am trying to send an e-mail to 120 locations with 2
attachments. When I follow the instructions outlined in
this document only one of the attachments is pulled. If I
add a column with another file name it still only pulls 1
file.

Any Thoughts?

Hi Julia,

Are you sure that both attachments exist in the directory that you have
nominated?

If so, then there must be some problem with the catalog or directory type
mailmerge document that you have created (the document that you open when
the macro displays the File>Open dialog.

Send that file to me and I will take a look at it.

Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the
benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded
directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis.

Hope this helps
