Mailmerging E-mails - how to avoid access warnings?

I did a merge from Word into e-mails. When I finished the merge I received
notification that the system is trying to access my mailbox so I allowed
access for 5 minutes. However, I still received more notifications and had to
press 'allow' for each individual e-mail that was sent off. How can I avoid
this?
