mailmerging to email

I have a form letter with hyperlinks that I merged to
Email, setting as HTML. The problem is the hyperlinks are
no longer valid. I noticed if I create the merge as Plain
Text, the hyperlinks remain, but I loose the formatting of
the form letter. Is there a way to keep hyperlinks valid
and also keep the formatting ? Using Word 2002

Well, we had the same problem, I blew away the machine and now it works like a charm. Sorry I couldn't give you a better answer but sometimes the best answer is a re-install.

Normailly we would have done that already. However there is a "patch" in either SP1 or SP2, which creates a security feature whereby the user must click 'OK' everytime they want to send out 1 message. If there are over 10,000 messages it becomes logistically impossible. If you have encountered that and know how to overcome it; I would greatly appreciate it.

There's a handy tool available from the downloads page of my web site that
will overcome that - ClickYes!
