Mails take hell of a time to open

Hi All,
I've encountered this problem saveral times even with a pop3 as well as with
microsoft exchange server configured outlook account. The mails take hell of
a time to open. I don't know why it happens. Although it happens randomly
but is quite irritating.

I've tried all types of troubleshooting steps but they dont seem to work.
Has anyone faced this kind of a problem. Can someone give me a tip to solve
this issue?
