mailt feature of "submit" control

Hi Folks,

I'm having trouble using the "mailto" feature of the "Submit" object on
a web form I am building in Word X for Mac . . . it doesn't seem to
work for me. Could someone please give me examples of "Action",
"Encoding" and "Method" required to make this work? Thanks very much!
