Mailto hyperlink doesn't work in Word textbox?

When I add a mailto: link in a Word text box, it doesn't work properly. The
very same link works outside of a text box and other types of hyperlinks work
in the text box.

Try a Frame instead of a Text Box.

I tried that but it doesn't allow you to use the different fills. Actually,
I worked around the problem by inserting a textbox within the textbox and
adding the hyperlink to the new textbox, rather than the text. Then I simply
removed the borders and fill. Thanks for your help.
