Mailto: problem

I am having a bit of a problem with inserting a hyperlink to generate an
email - For an 'email us' link.

Although it seems to work fine on my versions and Outlook and Outlook
Express, one viewer jist sees the code following 'Mailto: in the 'To' box.

This only seems to occur when I have a 'Subject' entry.

Is this a 'known; problem and what do I do about it?
