Mailto syntax and outllok

Hy,
I would like to have a messege appear with attachments set. Every think
works fine using mailto:?subject ... but if I use ?attachment="c:\pippo.txt"
I get an error stating I have mismatched the startup option of outlook.
Using ?attachment='c:\pippo.txt' or ?attachment=c:\pippo.txt nothing happen.
Any Ideas
