wd2k/wd97/wd03
This isn't so much of a problem as a "huh".
Background;
I created a merge with wd97 that brings in an xl file as a source and
formatted the Main document so that five records print on one sheet
(these are pre-printed certificates).
The merge works just fine.
The problem (or, more correctly, the situation).
Using wd97;
During the process of aligning the text to the form I found that when I
"View Merge Data" and print, my display suddenly makes all five records
revert to the whatever record appears first and prints it that way. If I
then select another record the display reverts back to the proper result
(selected record is first followed by the 4 "Next Record"'s).
I noticed this after I'd done it a few times but was sure it hadn't been
doing it before (but, then again, I wasn't looking all that hard at the
output text, more at the alignment).
I get the same result with wd2k but wd03 works ok (displays/prints the
five records).
As I said, this is more of an annoyance as once I merge the output file
is fine.
Is my "old-timer's" acting up??
