Main folders not showing under BCM menu

I've installed BCM on a few machines and most don't have the list of
Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities etc under BCM then BCM menu on the right on
some of the machines, instead it just shows "Deleted Items" and "Search
Folders".

I'm running Outlook 2007.

Has anyone come across this before?

BCM is not enabled in those Outlook sessions. Search this newsgroup
for the circumstances under which Outlook enables or disables BCM.
