A Baffled User
Yesterday I opened an Outlook archive folder to search for a message I sent
back in 2004. I was subsequently unable to close Archive Folders. What
closed was my normal Personal Folders file. Now, instead of "Outlook Today -
Personal Folders" under "Folder List" on the left-hand side of my Outlook
main page, I have "Archive Folders." The folders themselves, however, and
their contents, are current. I.e., the contents of the archive I opened,
which contained messages created between 2003 and 2005, are not visible.
What on earth happened here? And how can I get things back to normal?
